Our Programs

Our programs aim to create lasting change in the lives of individuals battling substance use disorder. From helping individuals receive treatment to ongoing continued recovery care,  we’re committed to helping people rebuild their lives and sustain long-term recovery.

The HopeLine

Our core program is the HopeLine. The HopeLine team consists of 10 Care Coordinators who work with great tenacity in the community, connecting individuals to substance use disorder treatment and services. The HopeLine serves five Southwest Ohio counties–Hamilton, Butler, Montgomery, Warren, and Clinton.

Our programs are unique, gritty, person-centric, action-based, and ongoing. We are excellent collaborators amplifying the effectiveness of existing community assets. Since 2015, our innovative model has provided the ability to engage with over 11,000 individuals battling substance use disorder in our community and connect over 3,000 of these individuals to treatment and/or recovery housing. We collaborate with and utilize over 300 treatment and service providers in Southwest Ohio to address clients' personal needs to achieve their success stories.

Two-Step Approach:

  1. Connecting Clients to Treatment: We guide individuals toward immediate substance use treatment.

  2. Ongoing Support: For the first 12 months of recovery, we offer continued support to help clients sustain sobriety.
