OneCity for Recovery Receives $15,000 Grant from The Sutphin Family Foundation

[Mason, Ohio, December 4, 2024] — OneCity for Recovery, Inc. is thrilled to announce that The Sutphin Family Foundation has generously awarded a $15,000 grant to support the Hamilton County HopeLine Care Coordinator Program. This funding ensures the continued presence and impact of the HopeLine in Southwest Ohio, specifically enabling the HopeLine Care Coordinator Program in Hamilton County.

Since its inception in 2014, OneCity for Recovery has been at the forefront of the fight against substance use disorder in Southwest Ohio. Founded by local individuals impacted by addiction alongside small business owners, executives, community leaders, and clergy, the organization has been instrumental in providing vital support and resources to those in need.

At the heart of OneCity for Recovery's efforts is The HopeLine, a dedicated team of Care Coordinators operating across five counties in Southwest Ohio — Butler County, Hamilton County, Warren County, Clinton County, and Montgomery County. Through The HopeLine, OneCity for Recovery offers a lifeline to individuals struggling with substance use disorder, providing free guidance, resources, and support to help them on their journey to recovery. Their team partners with over 250 community outreach and referral organizations and 170 treatment and recovery service organizations.

“We are deeply grateful to The Sutphin Family Foundation for their generosity and belief in our mission,” said Kristie Hart, Executive Director at OneCity for Recovery. “This grant enables our reach in Hamilton County and continues providing life-saving services to those who need it most.”
